In the first instance, if you have a problem with your subscription, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com and we will do our best to sort out the issue. If you still want to cancel your subscription you will need to do so yourself via your account. Just login and delete the pet you no longer require a delivery for or click the close account button. Any deliveries already paid for may still be sent.
